Life is made up of moments—some that bring laughter, others that bring tears. In this collection of short, heartfelt stories, I invite you into my world, sharing experiences that have shaped me, challenged me, and deepened my faith.
Each booklet in The Tiny Book Collection is designed to be read in 20 minutes or less—quick enough for a coffee break, meaningful enough to stay with you long after you’ve turned the last page.
Some stories will lift your spirits, others may stir your emotions, but all are written with the hope of inspiring you and strengthening your faith. Take a moment. Read. Reflect. Be encouraged.
Jim's hobby is designing and creating mosaics and stained glass windows. He also enjoys painting abstract art that uses bold colors and dynamic forms.
The Voice I Almost Missed: How I Learned to Recognize the Voice of God
For years, I believed God still spoke, but mostly to other people. When it came to hearing Him in my own life, I wasn’t so sure. I’d pray for direction, but often second-guess whether I’d heard anything at all.
Then one day, I saw a classified ad in the newspaper that changed everything.
This book is the story of how I slowly came to recognize the quiet, persistent voice of God: not through booming pronouncements or dramatic signs, but through subtle nudges, unexpected confirmations, Scripture, dreams, and even circumstances I couldn’t ignore. Again and again, I found myself asking, Is that You, Lord?
Whether you’re new to the idea that God still speaks or you’ve walked with Him for years, The Voice I Almost Missed offers an honest, down-to-earth journey of learning to listen. You’ll discover:
· How to recognize God’s voice in the noise of daily life.
· The biblical foundation for dreams, promptings, and confirmation.
· Encouragement for those who’ve doubted, second-guessed, or nearly missed His voice.
If you're hungry for spiritual direction, discernment, and deeper intimacy with God, this book is for you.
